| well, since obviously i didn't remember a week later! Its now a month later and have been back for lots of blood tests and the added bonus of a bone density! GOOD NEWS, FOLKS! I AM DETERIORATING EVENLY! Bad news is since he put me on all these different drugs i have totally lost my appetite yet somehow my cholesteral has sky-rocketed! So till June i am on a NO FAT - what do you eat that contains 0 fat 0 cholesteral? Well - very damn little! After 2 weeks of practically starving, i called the dr and they changed it to LOW fat NO cholesteral. WELL, LET ME TELL YOU MY DIET GOT EXTREMELY LARGE CHOICES! I have been sticking to the no fat - yogurt/cottage cheese/tomato/fruits. i had real food on friday and lived in the bathroom all weekend! After stopping all but the lyrica my headaches have subsided and i have adjusted enough to the side effects i am almost me again - SCARY, HUH? I don't have to go back till june for blood work! I went out 2 weeks ago and bought me some hair! Now i don't HAVE to mess with my head hair every day if i don't want to! oh i also colored my silver to a reddish brown! and what a kwinky dink - my wig is the same color! Tomorrow I have to go to a SPECTRUM TRAINING here locally. They will teach us what our color means in the work place! Try this and see what color you are. | now its been 4 days since i have started my paralyzing drugs. Lyrica & Requip! I have found i have to take them about 6pm - sleep by 8 and still drugged when i get up at 6 - 6:30. Not a good thing. its almost 8a and i am still pretty drunk! Dr said it would take a few days for me to adjust to them! Dr says i have viral infection (shingles) in my throat, fibromyalgia and restless leg syndrome and that i am STRESSED! Not stressed any more - don't give a damn now! and i say i have leg cramps - not having them in the night but yesterday i had them all day long! so does that mean requip is working? Throat is cleared up. Have lost interest in cigarettes---drugs may be a good thing. i only pick them up cause my hands need something to do! have only had 6 smokes in 2 days! if the drugs don't work on what they are suppose to at least they are helping with quit smoking!!!!! Whatever works! Thursday was Valentines Day and j has never bought anything in the past but this year he did. Maybe my threats are getting to him and he is afraid i am leaving. He has tried to not tell me all the crap that does not affect him or me anymore! Just tells me what is going on health wise with the family! OK! enough! | Been a long time since i was here. Work is better! Was relocated in the building away from the front desk and its sooo quiet i can actually think and work! Feb 11th we go full force with imaging and that will add to my job. Am truly excited for this to come. i have a new work number for those who want & need it. The computer person has decided that i will also take on the responsibility of being in house troubleshooter! All because when they said i would be moving she said to let her know so she could move computers! WHY? Aren't all the computers the same minus my personal savings? was my question. she said most don't know how to work on a puter not theirs...........DUH? Told i was a fan of right click and send shortcuts to desktop! Also with new imaging coming no one in our building was able to open programs in new windows each time you clicked on a blue e(intranet) it would consume what you had. I fixed that with her permission! So work is fine. i like it. We survived the ice storm back in december. still have the split to the ground tree next to the porch over the house but its banded together till someone can decided who is responsible for cutting it down - us or land owners! Carol finally took me to new furr's to eat... we was disappointed in food quantities and service. got over it! Jimmy has a possible ruptured disc in lower back pressing on sciatic. and again he didn't want me to add him to my insurance last oct so will be interesting what he decides about it! | | |
